AtCom Human Resource Management System Version 9

We are pleased to announce the arrival of Version 9 of our well-received HRMS application. It incorporates all the features that our customers have found so useful, including AtCom Human Resource, Payroll and Time Manager. These applications are integrated to provide managers with a user-friendly interface that allows them to handle the diverse human resource needs of their organization with one system. There are numerous functional modules in each component of our Human Resource Management System, which are described below. 1. AtCom PAYROLL PLUS
AtCom Payroll Plus incorporates functional HR features that most companies require. Users can create and change pay policies for each category of employee and easily produce the necessary statutory submissions, along with financial and management control reports. AtCom Payroll Plus has many useful features such as:

  • Ability to handle multiple databases
  • User-defined formula for types of work, leave, overtime and more
  • Multiple data entry and data processing formats
  • Standard or customized reports
  • Leave management (leave types, entitlement, tracking and control)

2. AtCom Time Manager
AtCom Time Manager automates time and record-keeping for businesses, providing a central repository of information on employee attendance. This application enables companies to do away with tedious data entry, and complements the AtCom Payroll Plus software. Companies benefit from accurate recording of employee attendance, and enjoy the flexibility of an unlimited combination of shifts. AtCom Time Manager has features such as:

  • Flexible database handling
  • Overtime calculation
  • User-definable formulas to capture varying work patterns, shift types, day types and more
  • User-definable management and control reports (e.g. attendance analysis, absenteeism and more)
  • Meets local government statutory requirements
